  • While his career is certainly important to him and has a lot to do with who he is, Victor Cozzone also considers it important that he be able to demonstrate his appreciation for everything he has ever received in life. That is certainly one reason he has always been bound and determined to give back to his community in every way. It’s even how he does business. He founded All About Concrete in Chester County, Pennsylvania in 2000, and rant it for a decade.

He founded the company to make money and a name for himself, of course, but Victor Cozzone also saw it as helping to build the local economy. At its peak, All About Concrete employed as many as 28 people from the surrounding community, doing lots of commercial and residential cement work, so they quite literally had a hand in building the community. Victor has helped the community in many other, more direct ways.

For example, for many years, he volunteered as a baseball coach for teams in the Lionville Youth Baseball Association and he continues to serve as a board member for the Mission to Educate Children with Autism at Downington High School. That is a worthy cause he has been deeply involved with over the course of more than a decade. In addition, Victor Cozzone also serves on the board of PAAL, or “Preparing Adolescents with Autism for Adult Life,” which prepares autistic adolescents between 14 and 21 to live an independent, successful life. By teaching autistic young adults the skills they need, they become successful and important participants in the community.
